Eligibility Period
As a new customer, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days from your Date of Purchase for any reason. The Date of Purchase is defined as the date you paid the initial Setup Fee (the one-time payment made for us to build your website). This 30-day window is referred to as the Refund Period.
Questionnaire Requirement
To build your website, you must complete a business questionnaire. If you do not complete the questionnaire, we cannot deliver your website. However, you may still request a refund at any time within the Refund Period, regardless of whether or not the questionnaire was completed or a website was delivered.
Refund Period Expiration
After the Refund Period has ended, you are no longer eligible for a refund, even if the website has not been built due to lack of questionnaire completion. Not completing the questionnaire does not extend the Refund Period. After the Refund Period, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Delivery Delays
If we fail to deliver your completed website within 7 days of receiving your completed questionnaire, we will extend the Refund Period by the number of days equal to the delay. For example, if delivery takes 8 days instead of 7, the Refund Period is extended by 1 additional day.
Domain Name Costs
If your purchase included a custom domain name, the cost of the domain is non-refundable. In such cases, any refund will be issued minus the domain registration fee. If no domain was registered, the recurring subscription fee and Setup Fee will be refunded in full (subject to the Refund Period).
